10/8/13 - GP2 Technologies reports Print 13 a definite success. Just three weeks after the closing of the Print 13 Show in Chicago, GP2 Technologies has already confirmed four substantial orders with a number of additional sales still pending. Sales Manager Ted Greene says “We were very busy for the majority of the show with better than expected traffic. Better still, prospective customers came to finalize decisions on equipment they had been holding off on. Given the current state of our industry, Print 13 far outperformed our expectations.”

9/10/12 - GP2 Technologies is very pleased to announce an agreement with Noy Systems as exclusive sales and service partner in Israel. Since 1985 Noy Systems is the leading provider of print finishing solutions in Israel and is well known for outstanding customer service and support. The POD hardcover production equipment from GP2 Technologies will fit Noy System’s existing equipment offerings perfectly for complete, top quality book production. “Our new partnership with Noy will strengthen our commitment to the Israeli market and greatly improve our overall presence there” says Ted Greene, VP Sales and Marketing for GP2 Technologies.
7/25/12 - Drupa success with Cover-1
The first Cover-1 System has been installed at Bridgeport National Bindery with very positive results. Says Bruce Jacobsen of BNB, “We sell time. The Cover 1 has proven to save on labor, dramatically increase productivity, and allow us to run one-off hard covers in much less time”. BNB has confirmed an order for a second Cover-1 System and plans to have four complete lines by the end of 2012. Several others installations are  scheduled here in the US over the upcoming months and two installations will take place in Germany at separate sites in August and September.

2/1/12 - GP2 introduces new integrated BT-1 Board Trimmer at Drupa – GP2 Technologies will introduce the all new BT-1 Board  Trimmer to demonstrate the latest and most efficient solution for production of hard covers down to runs of one copy. The BT-1 is fully integrated with the model SC-2 Autocase casemaker and will be demonstrated live in Hall 14, Stand 14B14. With the simple scan of a bar code GP2 customers can automatically cut cover board and spine to precise specifications and deliver the cover components to the SC-2 operator for one-off and POD hardcover production. The BT-1 is yet another solution from GP2 Technologies for true “on-demand” profits and performance.

August 1, 2011 - GP2 expands floor space at New Hampshire site – At a time when much of the book printing industry is in decline, GP2 Technologies has added an additional 8,000 square feet for a new demo center and production space to handle increasing demand. The production space will allow for enhanced production of our growing product range in POD hardcover solutions. The new demo center allows visitors to duplicate their own production environment in the production of on-demand books. GP2 Technologies, Inc. is pleased to report that Drupa 2004 was a complete and undeniable success. With both the SC-2 semi, and LC-10 fully automatic casemakers on display, GP2 experienced phenomenal attendance including companies from more than 80 countries. The deep interest in our unique technology has already resulted in sales from literally all corners of the globe. The success experienced at Drupa was bolstered considerably by exhibiting next to HH Schmedt of Hamburg Germany, GP2’s European partner and long-time manufacturer of short run and on-demand case-binding equipment.
With strong sales within Germany and now across Europe, the SC-2/Prazicase is providing the most cost-effective process for binderies needing short run solutions to supplement existing, more traditional casemaking machinery. Other applications from Drupa sales include those needing to automate manual labor and printing companies adding on-demand hard cover binding to their capabilities.
The all new LC-10 fully automatic casemaker from GP2 Technologies was said to be the “highlight” for many Drupa attendees involved in the production of hard cover books. With technology replacing complicated processes, the LC-10 proved to offer the best make-ready (size change) capabilities of any automatic casemaker on display at Drupa. Other frequent observations of GP2 visitors watching the LC-10 demonstrations regarded the simplicity of operation, the quality of product, and the sophistication of technology.
In summation, Drupa 2004 was a complete success for GP2 Technologies, their many guests, and future customers.
